Milton Becerra
"Kinetic Webs" is a short film featuring the work of Venezuelan artist Milton Becerra and his exhibition at the Transart Foundation of Arts and Anthropology in Houston, presented from March 2023 through December 2023.
In the film, Becerra generously shares his artistic process, unveiling the creation of "Línea Contínua," a site-specific installation interwoven with his never-before-exhibited early series, "Hexagomertias" – 41 drawings from the 70s. Viewers are drawn into his explorations that reinterpret cultural memory, ancestral territory, and the realms of geometric and kinetic abstraction.
